How do I return an item?

Return Policy

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your products you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a Store Credit or full refund (less costs of shipping) provided they are unused, have not been immersed in water, are in new condition, with original packaging, cards, manuals etc.
We do allow returns past 30 days please contact us first.

There are some exceptions.
  • Custom Ordered Items
  • Closeout items
A new product that you have used that encounters a problem will usually be replaced or repaired by the manufacture. We will facilitate this process for you.

An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) is not required prior to shipping the product back to us. But if you unsure about the return please contact our Customer Service Department by phone or Email.
Please make sure you enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your return. Indicate if you would like a refund, credit or exchange.

Once the item is received it will be inspected, restocked and based upon your preference either an exchange, Store Credit or a Refund will be issued in the same manner which it was paid for, less the shipping charge. Diveseekers has the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet these conditions.
