Tubular webbing is a great idea if you want to protect your cylinder from the Stainless Steel Hose Clamp.  Like most webbing, tubular webbing is sold by the foot.  You will need 2 feet of tubular webbing and then cut it down to size (40cuft 16"-17" and 80cuft 22"-23")
