The new Thermoprene wetsuit line from
Henderson Aquatics delivers quality and performance a step above the
rest. A fantastic value, Thermoprene is ideal for budget-minded divers
who want the best in materials, design and construction.
Thermoprene
is crafted from a high quality neoprene that has 75-percent more
stretch than standard wetsuit material. This increased stretch
significantly improves diver comfort by making Thermoprene suits
noticeably more flexible than the competition. Thermoprene is also
easier to get into, pulling over the shoulders and around the torso
with less huff and puff than standard wetsuits. And, the fabric's
exterior stands up extremely well to friction, meaning it won’t show
undue wear from BC straps and weight belts.
Henderson's
Thermoprene comes from a high grade of neoprene rubber that has
excellent heat retention qualities. This inherent warmth is then
enhanced by design features typically found in more expensive suits.
Available in 3, 5 and 7mm thicknesses, Thermoprene wetsuits are made
with uncompromising quality. Even the 3mm suits have seams that are
both glued and sewn, which seals off stitched areas and virtually
eliminates water seepage through the seams, keeping divers warmer. In
the full length jumpsuit models, Henderson has also added a
self-sealing spine pad over the zipper to further limit water exchange
and to provide a cushion against the weight of dive tanks. Down below
are brand new Freedom Flex kneepads. The latest from Henderson, these
thermally applied pads provide a super-tough exterior and greater
mobility than typical molded pads.
Of course, each Henderson
wetsuit benefits from five decades of design experience. The new
Thermoprene line represents the latest in design evolution, with new
cuts for both Men’s and Women’s suits. This new design allows for an
optimal fit while visually enhancing the diver’s physique. Men's suits
accentuate the shoulders and arms, while Women’s suits flatter the bust
and waist. It all adds up to a warm, comfortable suit that feels great
to wear, and to buy.
