FEATURES:
A CE Approved Regulator to be used with air that conforms to at least EN 12021.
Testing was performed to the standard EN 250:2000.
The first stage is of a “Venturi Assisted Upstream Piston Valve”.
The maximum primary pressure is 300 BAR (4350 PSI) for the G 5/8” DIN connection and
200 BAR (2900 PSI) for the Yoke connection.
Intermediate pressure is ideally no more than 5.5 BAR.
The first stage is supplied with a pressure relief valve that will occupy one of the 4 or 5
valve ports (depending on the model).
Second stage hoses are uniquely threaded – they cannot be used with another
manufacturers equipment.
The first stage intermediate pressure ports are also uniquely threaded, but are supplied
with adaptors for UNF 3/8” accessory hoses.
Supplied hoses are rubber with a crimped fitting, have a working pressure of 20 BAR (300
PSI) and have a burst pressure of 80 BAR (1200 PSI).
The second stage is of a Venturi Assisted Double Action Upstream Tilt Valve design.
